Item Summary

Texland Petroleum is requesting the renewal of a Street Use License for the use of a portion of Kent Street, east of Avenue Q for a crude oil flow pipeline. The term of the license is for twenty (20) years, payable every five (5) years in advance and each successive 5-year term not to exceed 20 years, unless either party gives written notice of termination to the other party. The license fee for each five-year period is $500.00 paid in advance, pursuant to current City policy.
