Item Summary
The previous contractor for parks turf maintenance for Groups 1, 6, 7, and 8 of Contract 15666 failed to meet contract requirements, so their contract was terminated. Gorman Outdoor, Inc., was the next lowest bidder for Groups 1, 6, 7, and 8, so they have been awarded the contract for those groups of parks, as shown in the attached Bid Form.
Fiscal Impact
The cost of this contract with Gorman Outdoor, Inc. is $382,243.17, and is funded in the Parks and Recreation Operating Budget.
