|This $758,918 contract includes professional services for the final design, plans, specifications, estimates and renderings for the renovation of an existing structure into a new Public Health/Community Development Facility. The contract includes the final plans and specifications for the renovation of the facility.
The scope of work shall include: Architectural, Engineering (including Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing), Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment, Existing Building Investigation, Bidding/Contract Administration, Site Civil, Landscape Architecture, IT/AV/Security, and reimbursable expenses.
The new Public Health/Community Development Facility containing approximately 20,690 square feet, is located at 2015 50th Street.
