Motion by Daniel M. Pope, seconded by Jarrett Atkinson, to approve Resolution 2021-11.

No other nominations were made.
Motion by Daniel M. Pope, seconded by Chad Seay, to appoint Shelia Patterson Harris to the position of Vice Chair. Vote: 7-0 Motion carried by the Committee.
