Resolution - Right-of-Way: Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to accept, on behalf of the City of Lubbock, three Street and Public Use Dedication Deeds out of Section 30 and 31, Block AK, Lubbock County, Texas, to be utilized for the Upland Avenue Roadway Project.
