Item Summary

Exhibit A of the FY 2021-22 Adopted Budget, as passed by City Council on September 14, 2021 and amended on May 24, 2022, is hereby amended a third time to replace page 197 of said Exhibit A, entitled "Police – Job Grade Summary," with the third amended page 197, which is attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance for all purposes (the “Third Amendment”) as it relates to the civil service positions.In accordance with Section 2.06.109 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Lubbock, the civil service positions, as set forth in the Third Amendment, are hereby established by Ordinance.
