This agreement will allow the consultant to provide revenue cycle management services to the City of Lubbock Public Health Department. The consultant will advise the department on how to maximize reimbursement from third-party payers for clinical services performed by department staff. In addition to advising the Department on maximizing reimbursement, the consultant will also assist the department in obtaining contracts with third-party insurance payers, including Texas Medicaid, Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), and private insurance. They will also develop and administer a revenue cycle management program for the department.
