Resolution - Right-of-Way: Consider a resolution authorizing the mayor to execute a Street Use License and/or City Public Grounds Monitor Well Permit, and all related documents, by and between the City of Lubbock and the Air Force Civil Engineer Center, and located in the right-of-way of 25th Street, west of Inler Avenue.

Item Summary

The Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) is requesting a Street Use License for the purpose of a Groundwater Monitoring Well in the right-of-way of 25th Street west of Inler Avenue.   The term of the license is for 5 years and shall be automatically extended for successive 5-year terms not to exceed 20 years, unless either party shall give written notice of termination to the other party. The AFCEC is granted this license at no cost, because the AFCEC is a government entity and provides public benefit to the citizens of the City of Lubbock.
