The applicant requested a zone change to General Retail District (C-3) Specific Use; however the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended a zone change to Local Retail District (C-2) Specific Use instead. As noted in the report, staff recommends approval of the request. The Planning and Zoning Commission heard this case on September 2, 2021, and recommended approval of C-2 with Specific Use for a Self-Storage Facility by a vote of 7-1-0.
