Community Development will utilize the Grant Management Software to administer projects funded with federal grant funds from HUD and TDHCA. The software will aid the department in allocation processes, case file management, funding and contracts, monitoring, financial reporting, and more. The software will support the department with performance and financial reporting including draw requests, quarterly reports, and annual reports submitted to HUD and TDHCA. Subrecipients will employ the software for submissions of monthly expenditure reports including backup documentation. In response to RFP 22-16638-KM, 4 proposals were received and opened on August 25, 2022. They were as follows:

Staff and Evaluation Committee recommend award of the unit price contract to the highest ranked proposal, Benevate Inc., dba Neighborly Software of Atlanta, Georgia, for $22,000. The contract is awarded by the unit price. The total amount of the award is estimated based on expected quantities and actual expenditures may be more or less depending on actual quantities. The price per unit will not change. The department anticipates software implementation to begin October 1, 2022. |
