The six responsive contractors were evaluated using the following criteria:
• Substantial successful experience in competing similar projects (25 points),
•Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the project (25 points),
•Data provided on methods and operational procedures used in the daily operations of the contract (10 points),
•References of performance based on previous work with the City and/or other clients (10 points), and
•Cost (30 points).

The Evaluation Committee recommends award of Contract 17489 to the highest ranked proposer, Kleen-Tech Services of Denver, Colorado.
The contract shall be for a term of one year, with the option of 4, one-year extensions, said date of term beginning upon formal approval. The extent of services will be on an “as-needed” basis to be covered by the unit prices established by this bid. The City of Lubbock does not guarantee any specific amount of compensation, volume, minimum, or maximum amount of services under this bid and resulting contract. |
