In accordance with the contract for architectural and engineering services for the Citibus Administrative and Bus Fleet Maintenance Facility, the architectural firm will collaborate with City of Lubbock/Citibus in developing a 15% design that will address immediate, short term, and long term facility needs for a new Citibus Administrative and Bus Fleet Maintenance Facility. The HDR team will provide architectural and engineering services for determining the space needs, aiding in site selection, provide building(s) and site design, along with the Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Environmental Analysis required by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA).
