					PENDING RESOLUTIONS
				Res 25-480	Approve Determination of Necessity to Acquire and Approve and Execute Relocation Order for a Storm Sewer Easement at 3820 Jackson Street (Parcel 91527190100), 3835 Summerset Way (Parcel 91527310000), and 3847 Summerset Way (Parcel 91527320000)  Conner Miller(3835 Summerset Way) expressed his concerns about the easement and how it will affect their home and future children, wanting the City to come up with a better solution. All the councilors spoke at length about the options that were presented for this project. All agreed that there needs to be a better solution to this.  TO BE LAID OVER UNTIL NOVEMBER 11TH
