Call to Order:
Hearing of Residents This time is set aside for any person who wishes to address the Library Advisory Board. Each person should fill out the speaker's register prior to the meeting. Presentations should be limited to no more than five (5) minutes. Discussion by the Board of any item not on the agenda shall be limited to statements of specific factual information given in response to any inquiry, a recitation of existing policy in response to an inquiry, and/or a proposal to place the item on a future agenda. The presiding officer, during the Hearing of Residents portion of the agenda, will call on those persons who have signed up to speak in the order they have registered.

	1.				Minutes — Consideration and/or action approving the March 2, 2026 Minutes.
	2.				Treasurer'sReport — Consideration and/or action approving the February 2026 Treasurer's Report.
	3.				Librarians'Report — Librarian will report on the following items: February 2026 library statistics Announcement of National Poetry Month 2nd edition of the publication Cibolo Creek Review to be sold in the bookstore New library news Share patron/program feedback NLW update for April 19-25th Grant updates
	4.				Bookstore Report — The Bookstore Manager will report on the following items: General Bookstore operation Finalize plans for the book sale at the end of the month  Need volunteers to sign up for book sale shifts
Discussion and/or Possible Action
	5.				Discussion Item — Discussion regarding the 2026-2027 Library Advisory Board budget.
	6.				Discussion Item — Consideration and/or possible action on LAB meeting schedule for June and July 2026.
Requests and Announcements Items by the Library Board Members- Briefing and discussion on the following items: Correspondence received by the Secretary Announcements by Council Liaison Other announcements by Library Board members Call for items to be included on next agenda
