AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:

S-006-23: (Bella Vista 23 EAST) W Holdings, developer, EPS Group, engineer, requesting approval of a tentative plat for W Holdings, for 575 lots and tracts A - WW, on a 145.00± acre parcel in the R-7/PAD (PZ-043-22 and PZ-PD-048-21) zone, portion of tax parcel 210-23-001X, a portion the West half of Section 23, Township 3 south, Range 8 East of the Gila and Salt River Meridian, Pinal County, Arizona.

EXPECTED PERFORMANCE IMPACT OF THIS AGENDA ITEM:

If this request is approved the developer would be allowed to submit their final plat for review and consideration for approval by the Board of Supervisors.

MOTION:

I move to approve findings 1 – 7 as set forth in the staff report and approve the tentative plat in Planning Case S-006-23 with the 4 stipulations as presented in the staff report.
