AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) regarding the transition of certain pending County Community Development Applications between Pinal County and the Town of San Tan Valley. The purpose of this MOU is to address the review and processing of development applications by Pinal County Community Development for property located within the incorporated boundaries of the Town of San Tan Valley after July 1, 2026.
