Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Agreement #202589 between Euna Solutions (formerly Questica, Ltd.) and Williamson County for the not-to-exceed amount of $6,250.00 to provide service hours to provide Budget Office software customization, pursuant to the ILA with Riverside County Transportation Commission, previously awarded on 8.16.2022 with agenda item #30, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.

Background

Approval of this agreement will allow Euna (Formerly Questica, Ltd.) to perform the recommended upgrade to the Budget Office software configuration. After a review by Euna, it was determined that service hours are required to ensure the upgrade does not conflict with the current customization. This Agreement is to purchase those requested hours. The attached service quote describes in detail the services to be performed. The funding source is 01.0100.0503.004100 for the FY25 budget. Budget, Auditor's Office, Information Services, Contract Audit, and General Counsel have all approved this item. Origination #1686. The department point of contact is Ashlie Holladay.
