Background

Approval of this purchase will support the operations of the Williamson County Elections Department. This purchase is for DS300 Poll Place Scanner & Tabulator, DS300 Ballot Box and other necessary equipment as outlined in the attached Sales Order Agreement. This purchase has been approved by Legal, Contract Audit, Information Systems and Budget. This expenditure will be charged to budget line 01.0378.0378.005742 per FY25 budget. Origination # 638.
