Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding IFB #24IFB72 Crack Seal Services to the lowest and best bidder, RHB Construction, in the not-to-exceed amount of $900,000.00 and authorizing the execution of this agreement.
Background
Williamson County sent out one thousand seven hundred ninety-two (1,792) notifications with thirty-seven (37) document takers and received five (5) vendor submissions.   After reviewing all the pertinent information, Road and Bridge concluded that RHB Construction submitted the overall lowest and best bid.  The Road and Bridge Department recommends Williamson County award this solicitation to RHB Construction. The funding source is 01.0200.0210.003599 and point of contact is Kelly Murphy.
