Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a services agreement between Williamson County and Training Strategies, Inc in the amount of $1,500 and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
This agreement is for a not-to-exceed amount of $1,500 plus travel expenses.  The contractor will provide training as outlined in the Statement of Work attached as an exhibit to the agreement for the Williamson County Auditor's Office.  The training will be provided in a County Facility. The funding source is 01.0100.0495.004232. Orig 1129. Department point of contact is Jalyn Morris. This vendor is pubically traded, therefore a 1295 form will not be required.
