Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving amendment #202542 with Gartner, Inc. for management consulting services to include Gartner Access for Technical Professionals and IT Leaders in the total amount of $104,277.00, updating DIR contract to #DIR-CPO-5253, and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
Approval of this amendment updates the Cooperative Contract from DIR-CPO-4099, which expired 7/6/2024, to DIR-CPO-5253, valid through 7/8/2029. Gartner provides research, expert advice, contract reviews, best practices, and industry insights through their website, one-on-one sessions, articles, and conferences. They are industry experts in IT and are vendor neutral when assisting in evaluating solutions.  This is the third (3rd) and final year of this agreement, which expires 10/31/2025. Payment of $104,277.00 for year three, to be invoiced for FY25. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0503.004100 FY25. Origination #818. A 1295 is not required due to Gartner, Inc. being a publicly traded company. Department contact is Richard Semple.
