Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Greinert Phase 1 subdivision – Precinct 4.

Background

This is the first phase of the Greinert development. It consists of 222 residential lots, 1 open space/detention lot, 2 open space/drainage easement lots, 1 open space/PUE lot, and 8,080 linear feet of new public roads. Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a performance bond in the amount of $7,158,827.50 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.
