Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a Request for Right of Entry granting the City of Hutto, its agents, and contractors the right to enter onto Williamson County’s property.
Background
The City of Hutto, its agents, and contractors are requesting to enter the property to conduct required engineering, boundary and topographical survey, utilities survey, geotechnical soil testing, archaeological surveying, and environmental investigations for the purpose of obtaining information necessary for the planning and development of CR 199/E Front Street. WCAD Parcel ID(s): R455268 and R655165.
