	1.			Review and approval of minutes.

				Motion by: County Judge Bill Gravell, Jr.
				Second by: Commissioner Precinct 4 Russ Boles
					Motion:To approve the minutes of the September 17, 2024 meeting.

				Aye: County Judge Bill Gravell, Jr.   Commissioner Precinct 1 Terry Cook   Commissioner Precinct 2 Cynthia Long   Commissioner Precinct 3 Valerie Covey   Commissioner Precinct 4 Russ Boles
	2.			Discuss and take appropriate action on the Avery Ranch Road District, the Pearson Place Road District, the Northwoods Road District, Somerset Hills No. 3 Road District, Somerset Hills No. 4 Road District, and the Avery Centre No. 1 Road District including, but not limited to payment of bills.

				Motion by: County Judge Bill Gravell, Jr.
				Second by: Commissioner Precinct 4 Russ Boles
					Motion:To approve payment of bills for the Avery Ranch Road District No. 1, the Pearson Place Road District, the Northwoods Road District No. 1, Somerset Hills Road District No. 4, and the Somerset Hills Road District No. 3.
