Background
Williamson County is seeking Statement of Qualifications from qualified architects and engineers to provide design services for the Animal Shelter Building Addition. The County intends to expand the Animal Shelter. The Project includes all utilities, drainage, roadways, parking, landscaping and walkways to structures, and landscaping associated with structures. The County seeks the services of a qualified Architect/Engineer to provide a comprehensive design for the addition to the current Animal Shelter, 1855 SE Inner Loop, Georgetown, TX 78628. The Construction Estimated Budgeted is $11,300,000.00. Origination ID# 2685. The funding source is TBD, and the point of contact is Dale Butler.
