I have attached our membership materials for your review. In order to quote you indicative pricing and provide you with a savings analysis you simply need to return the completed Letter of Authorization to my attention, along with the addresses and ESI ID numbers of the accounts you wish to enroll. (Please provide the addresses and ESI ID numbers on a separate page.) At no cost, Public Power Pool will then request the usage history for the accounts, indicative pricing from Reliant Energy, and will provide to you a savings analysis based on that quote. If at that time you wish to proceed with membership in Public Power Pool, we will follow the How to Join guidelines, and will request final pricing from Reliant Energy in an executable addendum to our current contract. Once you authorize the final pricing and the addendum is signed on your behalf, your accounts are requested for a switch over to your new Reliant contract, and you are officially enrolled in Public Power Pool.
