Marty,

As we previously discussed, our office will have a need for some space in the courthouse once we 
move to the old county administration building.  I am request that the Checks Section be the area that 
we get assigned to our office.  The Grand Jury Room will not be moved to the old administration 
section and we would like for it to continue in the same area.

We need the space in the courthouse to store electrical equipment (TVs, Elmos, Projectors, etc…), a 
waiting area for victims/witnesses, an area for our Asst DAs to interview victims/witnesses during trials 
and an area to house staff when needed in the courthouse.
