Dear Ms. Salazar:

We are in the process of renewing our professional liability insurance and need to know whether to list 
the above referenced project as ‘on-going’.  If not, please advise.

We are approximately 98% complete with the A/E documents.  The plans and specifications are based 
on meetings with staff from County Judges Office and District Attorney’s Office.  

On May 2009, we were instructed to stop work on the project.  

If project is still active, we need to schedule a meeting with staff to finalize plans and specifications.  

We are available at anytime.
