On April 22, 2022, the City Council approved an American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding agreement with MBE 3, LLC. The original agreement called for the construction and installation of all water, sewer, paving, and electric utility infrastructure, which will support the affordable housing development that will be constructed in a Qualified Census Tract. The area will be bound by the following:
1. On the North: East Municipal Drive
2. On the South: East Erskine Street
3. On the East: North Magnolia Drive
4. On the West: North Ivory Avenue
The affordable housing development will be a minimum of 66 three or four-bedroom single-family residences. |
