Item Summary
This contract is for maintenance of landscaping in the park and median areas within the Quincy Park PID. The contract is for a term of one year, with the option of four (4), one-year extensions, for an annual cost not to exceed $72,600. The Quincy Park PID Board approved this contract at their April 7, 2022 Board Meeting, and recommend approval by the City Council.
The Quincy Park PID Board isssued a Request For Proposals (RFP) for Maintenance services in the Quincy Park public areas, including a park and landscaped medians. In response to RFP 22-16310-YB, six vendors submitted proposals. The proposals were evaluated using the following criteria: Key Personnel and Staff (25 points), Responsiveness (15 points), Responsibility (15 points), Experience and Qualifications (15 points), Equipment Status (10 points), Originality (10 points), and Cost (10 points). The maximum point value is 100 points. After the proposals were evaluated, the following ranking was obtained.
