This $209,000 contract includes professional services related to the design, plans, specifications, and cost estimates of the construction of a new pickleball facility to be located at McAlister Park. The contract includes the final plans and specifications for the construction of these new facilities.
Scope of work shall include basic design services such as architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing engineering, civil engineering, landscape architecture services, surveying and geotechnical services, and reimbursable expenses. This contract also includes the cost for construction administration from Parkhill.
