Item Summary
On July 11, 2023, the City Council approved the first reading of the ordinance unanimously.
The City of Lubbock is in receipt of a request to abandon and close portions of alley right-of-way located in the rear of Lots 10-15 on the south side of 19th Street between Garland Avenue and Harmony Avenue. An equal size alley is being dedicated approximately 90 feet south of the alley closure. All City departments and franchise utility companies are in agreement with the closure.
