After reviewing the bid submittals, Fleet Operations recommends awarding to the lowest bidder who could deliver readily available units, Grapevine Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Grapevine, Texas. Grapevine Dodge will furnish the trucks in Line Item 1-1, with an After Receipt of Order, that is between ten (10) to fifty (50) days, as shown in the attached Bid Tab Sheet,
Fiscal Impact
The total cost for all 4, 3/4-Ton Pickup Trucks will be $212,864.00, and this purchase will be funded from the following Capital Improvement Projects:
$159,648.00 from Capital Improvement Project 92781, Water/Wastewater Vehicle Replacement Fund for FY 2022-2023.
$ 53,216.00 from Capital Improvement Project 92724, Water/Wastewater Vehicle Replacement Fund for FY 2021-2022.
