Pursuant to Resolution No. 2014-R0053, passed February 27, 2014, the chairperson of the Veterans Advisory Committee is appointed by the City Council as a whole. Benny Guerrero is currently serving as Chairperson, and is eligible for another term. The staff liaison's recommendation is for Benny Guerrero to be reappointed to the Chairperson position.
