Item Summary
Staff issued an Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the rebuild in concrete of several streets in the North Overton Tax Increment Financing District (TIF). This project will include the rebuilding of Avenue R from Glenna Goodacre Boulevard to 10th Street, Avenue R from Mac Davis Lane to Glenna Goodacre Boulevard, Avenue U from 7th Street to Glenna Goodacre Boulevard, Avenue V from Glenna Goodacre Boulevard to 9th Street, and various locations on the 2000 block of Mac Davis Lane.

Contract 18219 for $871,187.15 is funded through the North Overton TIF Capital Project 92704, as approved by the City Council.
