Information Agenda Item Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing approval and execution of a termination agreement for the Personnel Building Expansion project with MODE Design Company and Williamson County, effective July 30th, 2024. Background Approval of this item will terminate the county's existing contract with MODE Design Company for RFSQ #21RFSQ2 for Road and Bridge Personnel Building Expansion approved by the Commissioner's Court on 02/27/2024. On the terms set forth herein, County and A/E mutually agree to terminate the Agreement due to there being a need to change the Scope of Services for the Project.
