(first reading) Purpose and Background Wright Way Ohio, LLC owns approximately 33 acres of land abutting I-70 behind Cedar Hill Furniture store and would like to exchange this acreage for the City's 67 acres behind Camping World on Old Troy Pike.  Wright Way desires this land exchange in furtherance of an interest to develop a Yogi Bear/Jellystone-type campground.
