Agenda Item Description or Legislation Title 2023 First Suburbs Consortium/MVRPC Appointments Purpose and Background Each year, City Council must make appointments for City representatives to the First Suburbs Consortium and the Miami Valley Regional Planning Commission (MVRPC).  City Council appoints two representatives and one alternate representative from the members of Council to the First Suburbs Consortium.  City Council appoints one representative and one alternate representative from members of Council to the MVRPC.  City Council also appoints City Engineer Russ Bergman as a representative and another City Staff as an alternate representative to the MVRPC TEC Advisory Committee.
