Agenda Item Description or Legislation Title Fishburg Road/Endicott Road Storm Culvert Replacement - Award Contract Purpose and Background Two quotes were received for the Fishburg Road/Endicott Road Storm Culvert Replacement project from C.G. Construction at a cost of $31,675 and from T.C. Holzen at a cost of $55,600.  A third contractor that was contacted did not provide any estimate.  This legislation will authorize the City Manager to enter into a contract for the replacement of the 24" culvert at Fishburg Road/Endicott Road and waiving the formal bidding requirements.  Storm sewer fund will be utilized for the construction of this project.
