This $758,918 contract includes professional services for the final design, plans, specifications, estimates and renderings for the renovation of an existing structure into a new Public Health/Community Development Facility. The contract includes the final plans and specifications for the renovation of the facility.
The scope of work shall include: Architectural, Engineering (including Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing), Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment, Existing Building Investigation, Bidding/Contract Administration, Site Civil, Landscape Architecture, IT/AV/Security, and reimbursable expenses.
The new Public Health/Community Development Facility containing approximately 20,690 square feet, is located at 2015 50th Street.

Parkhill was selected for this project based on their expertise in these types of facilities, and overall ranking throughout the RFQ selection process. The City met with Parkhill and negotiated the proposed contract for a lump sum amount of $740,918, and an estimated $18,000 in reimbursable expenses.
The proposed timeline for the delivery of the construction documents will be 180 days from award of this contract to Parkhill.
