Item Summary
The replat of Midway Park Addition, Lots 305-A and 305-B was approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission with conditions, on June 3, 2021. Hugo Reed and Associates, Inc. submitted a revised plat on July 15, 2021, which satisfied the required conditions. The plat has been reviewed and approved by City staff and is now ready for recording. The Dedicatory Certificate is required for the plat to be recorded with the County Clerk's Office. The Dedicatory Certificate dedicates the streets, alleys, easements and other public properties shown on the plat, to the public for public use.
