| c. | Present a Proclamation recognizing the week of October 4-10, 2026, as Fire Prevention Week in Cedar Hill. | |||||
| d. | Administer Oath of Office to Firefighter recruits. | |||||

Present a Proclamation designating October 5-9, 2026, as Customer Service Week, recognizing the contributions of the Utility Services Department.

| 5. | Citizens Forum/Public Comments. Citizens wishing to speak during this time should submit a Speaker Request Form to the City Secretary before the meeting begins. Public comments may also be submitted online at: cedarhilltx.com/publiccomment. All public comments submitted online by 3pm on City Council meeting dates will be distributed to the City Council and entered into record. | |||||
