Pursuant to Resolution No. 4464 of the City of Chandler and to A.R.S. 38-431.01, notice is hereby given to the general public that the Chandler City Council will hold a SPECIAL MEETING on Monday, November 6, 2023, beginning at 4:30 p.m.in the Chandler City Council Chambers Conference Room, 88 E.Chicago Street, Chandler, Arizona. One or more members of the Chandler City Council may attend this meeting by telephone.

Persons with disabilities may request a reasonable modification or communication aids and services by contacting the City Clerk's office at 480-782-2181 (711 via AZRS). Please make requests in advance as it affords the City time to accommodate the request.

Notice of Executive Session

Pursuant to Resolution No. 4464 of the City of Chandler and to A.R.S. 38-431.01, notice is hereby given to the general public that the Chandler City Council will hold an Executive Session on Monday, January 6, 2023, following the Special Meeting at 4:30 p.m. and if necessary, immediately following the Study Session City Council Meeting which is at 6:00 p.m. The Executive Session will be held in the Council Chambers Conference Room, 88 E. Chicago Street, Chandler, AZ.

1. Litigation--A.R.S. Section 38-431.03(A)(3) and (A)(4) - Discussion and consultation with legal counsel for legal advice regarding pending or contemplated litigation relating to class action lawsuits involving (1) In re LIBOR-Based Financial Instruments Antitrust Litigation, multi-district litigation ("MDL") No. 2262, pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York; and (2) In re Aqueous Film-Forming Foams Products Liability, multi-district litigation ("MDL") No. 2873, pending in the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina.

2. Real Property--A.R.S. Section 38-431.03(A)(3) and (A)(7) - Discussion and consultation with legal counsel for legal advice and with designated representatives of the City in order to consider its position and instruct its representatives regarding negotiations for the purchase of real property for development.
