NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Garland Foundation for Development, Inc. will meet at the aforementioned date, time, and location to discuss and consider the following items:

AGENDA:

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Consider and take action on the approval of the minutes of the meeting of the Board of Directors on October 18, 2022.

ITEMS FOR INDIVIDUAL CONSIDERATION

1. Consider and take action on the purchase of land of 3.97 +/- acres in aggregate, near the intersection of Leon Road and Millay Boulevard, and authorize the Executive Director to execute such documents necessary to complete the transaction.
2. Consider and take action on the purchase of land of 0.19 +/- acres in aggregate, near the intersection of Avenue B and Hart Street, and authorize the Executive Director to execute such documents necessary to complete the transaction.
