The Council Chambers at Garland City Hall is wheelchair accessible, and ADA parking is available on the street as well as in the public parking garage. Braille is not available.

This request is for the re-direction of drainage pipework and associated grading services at the TMPA Gibbons Creek Switch Station as part of the station decommissioning process. This is part of the approved TMPA Gibbons Creek Decommission Phase II Transmission CIP project and will be reimbursed at 100%. |

a. | Z 23-50 U-Haul Company of East Dallas (District 5) Consider and take appropriate action on an ordinance amending the Garland Development Code of the City of Garland, Texas, by approving a Specific Use Provision for Truck/Bus Sales & Leasing/Rental Use on a 3.29-acre tract of land located at 2502, 2504, & 2550 McCree Road, providing for conditions, restrictions and regulations; providing a penalty under those provisions of Sec. 10.05 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Garland, Texas; providing a Notice of Conditions of Compliance Clause; providing a Savings Clause and a Severability Clause; and providing an effective date. |
