| a. | Approval of Minutes Consider Approval of Minutes from the January 8, 2025 Meeting. |

| 2. | PUBLIC COMMENTS Persons who desire to address the Committee on any item on the agenda are allowed three minutes to speak. Testimony may be held until the item is considered or given at the beginning of any committee meeting. Invited testimony may also occur at any time, subject to a request of the Member of the Committee and with the approval of the Committee Chairperson. |

| a. | Auto-Related Businesses and Tire Shops Garland Director of Planning and Development Nabila Nur will provide an overview of how these types of businesses are authorized or denied. |

| b. | Prescription Drop-off Program Garland Police Officers Nicholas Sherry, Daniel Rivas and Mark Brimmage will provide an overview of the police department's prescription drop-off program. |
|||||
| c. | Green/Sustainable Business Certification Environmental and Community Advisory Board member Lauren Sauri Bruns will provide an overview of a proposed Green/Sustainable Business Certification. |

| d. | Community Involvement Environmental and Community Advisory Board member Kenneth Risser will provide an update on community involvement. |

| e. | Keep Garland Beautiful Update Keep Garland Beautiful Board member and Garland Sanitation Community Outreach Coordinator Michelle Stuyvesant will provide Keep Garland Beautiful updates. |

| f. | Bylaws Review The Environmental and Community Advisory Board will review and recommend changes to the bylaws. |
