					WORKSHOP (5:00 pm) The Oshkosh Common Council will hold a workshop to discuss the proposed 2026 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) and the proposed 2026 City of Oshkosh Operating Budget. The workshop will be held at 5:00pm in Room 404 of City Hall (215 Church Ave).  This workshop on October 15th may be canceled if the Council completes their discussion during the first workshop, which is scheduled for October 14, 2025 from 4pm - 6pm at City Hall (215 Church Ave) in Room 404. If canceled, this notice will be updated to reflect such cancellation by noon on Wednesday, October 15th.
