					Res 24-593 Appoint Community and Department Director Panels for City Manager Recruitment
					Panels will formally convene
					Discuss the interviewing process with the two panels and the Common Council
					Panels will move to go into closed session
					CLOSED SESSION The Common Council may convene into closed session pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(c) of the Wisconsin State Statutes when considering employment of any public employee over which the Common Council has jurisdiction and exercises responsibility; under Section 19.85(1)(e) of the Wisconsin Statutes, where competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session; and Section 19.85(1)(f) of the Wisconsin Statutes for consideration of the social or personal histories of specific persons, which if discussed in public would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories, specifically, to:  Distribute questions and benchmarks for interviews;  Conduct interviews with finalists for the City Manager position; Review Meet and Greet feedback; Review Common Council panel interview results; Discuss candidate interviews with Community Panel;  Discuss candidate interviews with Department Director Panel; and Discussion of all panel presentations and interview results, and direction to MGT and Assistant City Manager/Director of Administrative Services John Fitzpatrick
