The City of Muskogee encourages participation from all its citizens in public meetings. Any person desiring to address the Committee during such period is required to sign in with the City Clerk prior to the meeting between 5:00 p.m. and 5:15 p.m. on the third floor of City Hall or anytime between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. in the Office of the City Clerk.
