9:30 a.m. - City Council convenes in open session at the South Plains Association of Governments, 1323 58th Street, Lubbock, Texas. Participation in the South Plains Association of Governments (SPAG) Board of Directors Meeting: City Council will attend and participate in discussion during the meeting of the South Plains Association of Governments (SPAG) Board of Directors Meeting, in which the Board will consider the following matters: |

1. | 1. | Public Comments - Citizens may address the Executive Committee/Board of Directors concerning any issue posted on the agenda for the meeting. Public Comments shall be limited to three minutes per speaker. | ||||
1. | 2. | The Executive Committee of the South Plains Association of Governments Board of Directors will consider the approval of the minutes and ratification of the actions taken at the April 12, 2022, meeting. | ||||
1. | 3. | The Executive Committee of the South Plains Association of Governments Board of Directors will review the Board of Directors agenda. | ||||

2. | 8. | The Board will consider approval of application development interlocal agreements with the City of Brownfield, City of Crosbyton, City of Morton, and the City of Lockney for the submission a TDA Fire, Ambulance and Service Trucks (FAST) Fund Application. | ||||
2. | 9. | The Board will consider the approval of an interlocal agreement with the City of Lubbock for the administration of the American Rescue Plan Act Small Business Relief Funding Program. | ||||
